We were on holiday in this hotel because the Yu Splash Resort hotel was closed and had to change us for a hotel, my husband and I came for a holiday. But we left unhappy at all from the hotel the food was really bad we returned with stomach pain and diarrhea, throughout our stay we were barely able to eat because it was not tasty and the rest we closed the all-inclusive hotel but every time we went and paid to restaurants outside because we couldn't eat, the food was really not good and not tasty... And when we asked for a bottle of water to have in the room, we were told we needed a reception confirmation with a note to get a bottle of water, We finally got the note, but only after we got to the reception to complain about it and figure out why it is. The receptionist told us that we need to get a special confirmation with a note that we have a baby in the room that needs to be eaten and only then can we get a bottle of water, yes we got a bottle of water eventually into the room but it is very unfortunate that only couples with a baby can request a bottle of water... On our third and fourth days, they didn't even come and fix our room and we had a new stock of toilet paper and they didn't change our towels. Until we saw a worker and asked for toilet paper for the room because we were running out, the behavior was unfortunately not good. I do want to commend Mascher Brent/Bennett who was a very kind and kind man throughout our stay. I will not return to this hotel.
