Staying away from Robert Samuel H. One of the worst hotel service experiences I've had. The customer service doesn't answer at all. The reception is talking to the contractor and she's busy on the phone instead of helping. We came in as a couple and we got two separate beds instead of a double bed and nobody really takes care of it. Even when we talked to the hotel chief, the attitude was disrespectful, as if it were above us, he promised things would be handled and nothing really happened. The feeling is there's no one to talk to and no one to take responsibility, instead of enjoying the vacation, we're just chasing the staff for basic service. I won't come back here alive and recommend thinking well before inviting.

Our overall experience was excellent from the first moment to the last. Excellent attention was paid to the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel, the food was excellent, rich and very tasty, and most importantly – the service was just great. Most impressed by us was the attitude of the staff – even when there were small failures (which can happen anywhere), the staff came out of their hands to repair, treat and compensate above and above expectations.
