My son and daughter-in-law wanted to stay here with us based on experience of their friend. When I read the most recent reviews I was very doubtful but we stayed here anyway.
I think the problem Is that they have two buildings of different age, and the authors of the very poor reviews must have stayed in the older building.
Our stay was quite pleasant. The room was fine and the employees were very pleasant and helpful. Efrat, the assistant manager, in particular.
There were a few small negative points, however.
There was no toilet brush. The shower didn't work well. There was no coffee/tea service in the lobby. The restaurant was poorly staffed and the English and Hebrew menus didn't match.
The rooms came with breakfast but other meals in the dining room were expensive.
The hotel was great for kids. For older kids there are three water slides and a cafeteria with hot dogs and ice cream. For younger kids, a playground, an indoor gymboree with a ball room, and a kiddie pool.

We were waiting for the hotel.
I don't think it's explained anywhere that the suites are owned by people and the hotel guests enter the suite as a tablet.
The suite has a door with locks and also has a shutter that closes another area.
When we asked about this and how I would know who has access to my room, I was explained that it was the warehouse (door with the locks) and kitchen (closed drawer) of the owners of the suite and there was their personal equipment.
It's not explained anywhere.
The expectation is a hotel and eventually you get a sabbat.
Breakfast
It's not clear where she is, sometimes you go to the dining room and are told to move to the lobby area (at the other end) and vice versa.
Breakfast is for athletes, as a guest you feel attached.
It's not a hotel breakfast.
One morning there were children’s delicacies and chocolate (in the lobby area), the next morning there was no dining room and we had to ask for anything.
The delicacies were just health, no chocolate, no children-friendly cereals except Cornflex.
Pay for parking.
We paid in advance for parking and yet we were due back on parking.
Get us after the explanations and proofs.
Spread the room
Sleep
Rupert.
More suitable for hostel/hostel.
Check out on Saturday.
Can someone please decide when the check-out time is???
We were told by phone that at 11:00 (although Saturday is used in all hotels in Israel at 15:00) and a couple who were with us said to add about 650 checks if they want a check out at 15:00.
On Friday about we got through the hotel's system we got an email to mark the check-out time we want with options by 3:00 p.m.
14:30 is happy.
Then we got an email saying the check was out at 11:00.
Then we went to the reception to ask when the check was issued and told us it was perfectly okay to leave at 3:00 p.m. and no extra charge was required.
It feels like you're just trying to get out early even if you can.
We will not return!
Not worth the price.
Experience is not fun
And when you pay your best for a vacation, you want a vacation.
And by the way, the pools are pretty normal and there are two and a half slides.

Slow restaurant service, not enough staff.
The room's not properly arranged, missing towels.
It took a long time to get the missing towels.
The staff is unable to meet the needs, missing people and those unskilled.
