BEER GARDEN HOTEL, the name is misleading in itself, this is not in the symphony of a class category of a hotel. It's barely a hostel, if that; At the entrance lobby, the reception and coffee machine, that's never been in service, that can transfer a bacteria. Reception never there. OPERATION You book a room online and pay. Thereafter, you'll get message with a code to enter the premises and to retrieve your room key. You're on your own after booking. Requests, issues, problems forge majeur, TOO BAD. No one will hear you, reply to you or anything. Complain to Booking.com, Expedia they'll direct you to the property where no one answers, or gives a damn. As "agents" they're responsible to assist you with everything. It's their duty to do so. KEYS, not working too bad ROOM DIRTY, too bad NO ACCESS, too bad It's seriously this bad read the reviews. Owners that don't give a damn about their customers. They get your money and then break your head with whatever may arise LOCATION 10 minutes walk to the promenade ATMOSPHERE Old, worn down property. Lack of maintenance, run down walls, interior and exterior. Old furniture. Disgusting smell of smoking, cannabis, alcohol. Staff seem they do you a favor they're there. Elevator 90cm * 100cm, really old. Getting stuck is horrific. ROOMS Run down, old furniture, dusty, dirty, stain of mold, rust. Beds sheets aren't changed simply set to look new. Door locks never been maintained, don't open the door or the keys aren't for the room, OR NO KEYS KITCHEN Every floor there is a small kitchen, that's extremely hazardous, cables in the open, water and electricity in proximity, fire potential, nothing organized, dirty disoriented. Fire occurred in the third floor. Due to hazardous. No compliance with fire regulations or codes. VALUE Cheap, with a free disease or some transfer of bacteria or disease or hazardous. No service no attention to the guests whatsoever. CLEANLINESS Horrible and disgrace, below hostel standards NOISE LEVEL Unknown depending on the bumbs, drunks loitering SERVICES None at all AMENITIES None at all PICTURES Are misleading, old not upto date, SAFETY No bomb shelter, not safe at all. Extremely hazardous especially during Iran, USA, Israel conflicts Beware! Simply avoid this premises and find a suitable more appropriate accommodations. To provide the basics, at the least!

It was so fun!! Great music, vibe and people! The waitress were great and the food amazing and the cocktails. Really recommend to come here if you want to enjoy a great night with a chill vibe! Thank you so much we enjoyed the stay :))) Very very fun

Avoid whatever the price! The photos are absolutely misleading, however the rooms, the bathrooms, the bedding, the elevator, the roof top are absolutely dirty and dilapidated. Too bad for such a beautiful situation. The neighborhood is great.
