The service in the hotel is below all criticism, the accessories in the room do not work properly, the lunch and dinner are extremely disappointing. A vegetarian like me had no answer. Most of the staff in the dining room do not know Hebrew, the salads are recycled and not fresh. The breakfast is barely 3 stars. The waiters don't turn away mandolins. And what you ask for like towels from the reception needs a phone number so we can get an answer.

I came with my wife to the spa, the place is very pleasant and the pool is heated and the room was completely fine with an exit to a large lawn that overlooks the really stunning sea. The massage was very good and pleasant and professional. The beds are heated during the massage.

My wife and I arrived with the babies at the spa at the hotel. When we waited in the reception area the girl laughed and enjoyed herself. So far so good. Ummm, it turns out that the reception staff didn't like the fact that the girl made a little noise when she was laughing and happy, and sent us nothing less than the hotel security guard who, at the height of his insolence, simply kicked us out of the sofas we were sitting on, claiming that we were disturbing their work, etc., etc. I have never come across service data in the form of So shocking. Think carefully before you go there..
