Hotel Indigo Tel Aviv - Diamond District

Hello, the day I arrived at the hotel (a month and a half ago), a young man from Colombia welcomed me with a smile, heart-shaped chocolates, and offered to help with whatever I needed during my stay. That is how it is day by day, I see him working intensely, especially listening to people, and in case they need something, he looks for a way to resolve it at that moment. He speaks Spanish, which personally helps me, but I perceive that he speaks with each and every one regardless of the language the person speaks; I perceive that he loves the hotel and his work, a very good person, Thank you Juan

Not worth the price. it's an ok location however not suitable for families or solos. It's mostly for businessman and other types. The staff are lazy and unhelpful in anyway.

Location & surroundings The hotel is located in the Diamond District, a business-focused area outside central Tel Aviv. It is extremely convenient for quick transfers to and from the airport, which is one of its biggest advantages. However, it is quite far from the beach and main city attractions, and the immediate surroundings are not particularly lively or scenic. Check-in The check-in experience was smooth and pleasant. The receptionist was very friendly, took her time to complete all formalities and made sure to ask about my journey and whether I needed anything else. It was a simple but genuinely welcoming arrival. Room I was kindly upgraded to a very spacious room with a balcony. The design is modern and stylish and the room feels well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep. The room was quiet and well insulated from outside noise, with effective cooling throughout the stay. High-quality amenities, bathrobes and plenty of towels were provided, contributing to a comfortable and well-prepared experience. Facilities The hotel offers a compact but pleasant gym located on the 9th floor as well as a small rooftop pool. While neither is large, both are well maintained and add charm to the overall experience. The rooftop area in particular offers a nice place to relax above the city. Breakfast Breakfast is well organised and offers a varied selection despite not being overly large. Guests can choose from a very good buffet and also order freshly prepared egg dishes. Everything is nicely presented and the offering covers all essentials for a great start to the day. Overall Hotel Indigo Tel Aviv Diamond District delivers a very fair value for money. It is modern, clean and well managed, with friendly service and comfortable rooms. While the location is not ideal for leisure travellers wanting to explore Tel Aviv or the beach, it is an excellent option for business stays or short visits near the airport. No complaints.
