I had booked this hotel for a long business trip. I finally preferred to leave after only two weeks. That goes to show how disappointing my experience was. The problem is not an isolated incident, but an accumulation of malfunctions that give the feeling of a deep lack of organization and professionalism. At the pool, I was asked to pay an extra fee so that a friend could join me. Very well, if that is the hotel's policy, I can accept it. However, a few minutes later, I saw several people accessing the pool without their room number being checked. The hotel even acknowledged in writing that the checks were not applied uniformly. When I explained the situation at the front desk, the only response I got was: "So what bothers you is paying?" Absolutely not. What bothers me is being the only guest to whom the rule is applied. There is a huge difference. Same inconsistency regarding a simple request for ice: one employee tells me they cost money, a few minutes later his colleague gives them to me for free. Two employees, two different answers. The lifeguard also deserves a special mention. He seems to do everything… except watch the pool. He serves customers, goes back and forth, spends time chatting with his friends, often with his back to the pool. For someone whose mission is to ensure the safety of swimmers, it is surprising to say the least. The soundproofing is catastrophic. The walls are so thin that you hear absolutely everything. Your neighbor's alarm clock becomes yours. I even ended up apologizing to my neighbors, convinced that my own alarm clock had disturbed them. For a long-term business stay, it is simply unlivable. Finally, the refund for my unused nights is just like the rest. When I checked out, I was assured that the refund would be processed within two days. Two days later, I am told... another two days. Meanwhile, several thousand shekels remain tied up, even though my stay is over. Following my first complaint, the hotel offered me, as a "goodwill gesture," to exceptionally allow one person to accompany me to the pool for free... only from Sunday to Wednesday, but definitely not on the weekend, when the pool is the most pleasant. Honestly, this gesture was so disconnected from the problem that they might as well have refrained from it. I travel to Israel very regularly for business and I often stay in hotels for several weeks. I say this sincerely: I do not think this establishment is currently capable of hosting demanding international clientele. When hosting business travelers who stay for several weeks, one expects consistency, clear procedures, staff trained in customer service, and a seamless experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I left this hotel three weeks early, which in itself sums up my level of satisfaction. I strongly advise against this establishment for anyone looking for a reliable, professional hotel that meets international standards.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff of the Roxon Urban Ramat Gan Hotel for their wonderful holiday! The hotel left the most pleasant experience. It's very clean, cozy and comfortable. The room was modern, bright, with a comfortable bed and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We particularly wish to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Always friendly, attentive and available to help with any question. This attitude makes you feel truly welcome. Breakfasts were delicious, varied and fresh. The location of the hotel is also very convenient - easy to reach the right places, and the hotel itself is calm and quiet. Thank you for the warm welcome and high level of service! I would love to stay here again and confidently recommend Roxon Urban Ramat Gan to my friends and acquaintances. I wish the hotel prosperity, grateful guests and further success!
