Excellent hotel. Clean rooms, good food.

We'll start with the positive - great location on the beach. The room itself and the public area are very clean. The breakfast is excellent. The dinner is nice. The chef Guy Levin is very serviced and also responds to special requests. A very large and clean pool. This is also my second time at this hotel, and overall, I appreciate the Dannet as quality. The drawback is very poor acoustics. For three days there was a bunch of flowers in the room above me that moved beds and jumped in the room late. Despite many complaints, the actual reception was not really addressed. Cabet arrived there, but in any case the noise did not stop for three nights until late. Another disadvantage is the pool complex - although it is prohibited to smoke there and there are signs on the subject, in practice starting in the afternoon, then the Israeli hawks and flowers and those from abroad smoke cigarettes / waffles / joints around the pool. Bottom line – if you really want to have fun, don’t come in times when there are many guests, otherwise enjoy the noise and passive smoking.

Great experience at Dan Panorama – highly recommended! We arrived at the hotel after booking 3 standard rooms and 1 room on the new floors. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel upgraded us (without us even asking!) to 4 brand-new, upgraded rooms right next to each other on the 10th floor. The rooms were simply excellent: spacious, clean, tastefully designed, featuring a pampering coffee machine, and an insane sea view with a perfect breeze. As Dan Club members, we also enjoyed little treats waiting for us in the room (chocolates and a bag), 3 bottles of water, and a Nespresso machine with capsules. We truly felt that they thought about us and our family vacation. The housekeeping on the following day was also fantastic, and they replenished everything. The breakfast was top-tier! On Thursday morning, they treated us to pancakes, made-to-order omelets, and excellent iced coffee. On Saturday, despite the Shabbat restrictions (no live cooking stations), the pre-made scrambled eggs were great, and the food selection was rich and delicious. The pool area is beautifully maintained, clean, and organized. There are always towels available, and it wasn’t crowded at all. The kids had an absolute blast and barely left the water. The lifeguard was professional and practical (only speaking up when truly necessary), the pool kiosk was excellent, and they offer a great Kosher solution for Shabbat (schnitzels, Cholent, and chicken prepared in advance that you can order to the room – it was delicious). The indoor bar also serves great dairy food (and fresh salads on Saturday). The atmosphere at the hotel is calm and pleasant (no loud music at the pool and no outside visitors), and there is a complete sense of security thanks to the security guards and staff walking around, just looking to help and make sure everything runs like clockwork. The service at every single station – the dining room, the pool, and the front desk – was simply outstanding. Everyone was nice and courteous, and there was always someone cleaning and clearing tables. The hotel itself is large, stylish, spacious, and perfectly located – right next to Neve Tzedek and close to everything. The lobby entrance is impressive and very clean. Additionally, we parked in the hotel garage for a very fair price (114 ILS from Thursday afternoon until Saturday night at 21:00); we preferred the covered top-roof parking, didn't use the car at all during the stay, and honestly, didn't need to. They also approved a late check-out for all rooms at an excellent price right when we made the booking. Just one tiny note: it would be great to have 24/7 water refill stations in the lobby area itself (and not just at the indoor bar), right where the wonderful weekday Happy Hour takes place. Bottom line, honestly? We have absolutely no complaints. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely be back!
