Agriturismo Pesolillo

My wife and I are always looking for places to stay in freedom, away from overcrowded places that, while remaining close to the sea, offer us the possibility to relax in a pool, allow us to roam around places not yet visited, and offer us good food. In this family-run agritourism, with an extra touch in the restaurant service, we had an excellent stay. Marco, with his passion for wine and food, served as an excellent guide for us. We captured your passion in this work, which is a huge strength. The tips for local visits were also excellent.

We had a wonderful week at Agriturismo Pesolillo. The hospitality from Marco and his family was exceptional from the moment we arrived. They made us feel genuinely welcome and were always generous with their time, recommendations and conversation. The food was a highlight every evening: authentic Abruzzese cuisine with excellent grilled meats, local specialities and delicious homemade bread baked fresh every day. The wines from their own vineyards were delicious. We loved drinking the Passerina, Pecorino and Montepulciano, and tasting them where they are produced made them even more special. We brought some back home! The setting is beautiful. From Colle Rotondo you have panoramic views across the vineyards and olive groves to the Pescara plain, the Adriatic Sea and the Gran Sasso mountains. The agriturismo also has an orchard providing fruit for the kitchen, and the chickens were a daily source of entertainment for our young kids. Our appartamentino was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, making it ideal for a family stay. It was also an excellent base for exploring the region, with Chieti, Pescara and the coast all within easy reach. Thank you, Marco, for your kindness and for hosting us so well. It was a memorable holiday, and we hope to return.

Extremely negative experience. We left after one night. Poor cleanliness, neglect, and dirty pool. Unremarkable breakfast.
