BEST WESTERN HOTEL EUROPE

We were at the Europa Beach Village from July 19 to 29. There were 4 of us, two adults and two children aged 7 and 3. Let's start right away with the entertainment, which was fantastic; a special thanks to Anna and her colleagues Francesca, Gaia, and Laura, who took excellent care of our two children with both the mini club and the baby parking, and who always found a way to keep them entertained even when there was a rainy afternoon. Thanks also to the rest of the staff and the legendary Alfonso. A special thanks then goes to our favorite waiter Piergiorgio, a very young guy with unique manners and professionalism, and who is truly unique with children... he really found a place in our hearts. In general, all the hotel staff is helpful and always kind! The property is beautiful in its common areas, modern, and well-maintained. The beach is a stone's throw away with a nice pool and all the necessary services for a family vacation focused on comfort. The food is also good, as is the kitchen's willingness to accommodate our needs. Honestly, the only flaw is the rooms. We stayed in a sea-front view room and the view was very beautiful, but the room, despite being a superior, was not very large, but that's okay; unfortunately, it was a bit dated, especially the bathroom. It would be appropriate to consider a renovation of at least the bathrooms and the furniture because the rooms actually clash a bit with the rest of the hotel, which is otherwise very well-maintained and modern in its common areas and exterior.

We stayed the first week of August, me, my husband, and our almost 1-year-old baby. We had never been to a “resort” setting and I must say that with a baby it is truly beautiful. First of all, I would talk about the very talented entertainment staff: Giulia, Laura, Gaetano, Gabriele, Teresa, Mariangela “Anna,” and the legendary Alfonso who is hilarious and very talented, but ABOVE ALL thanks to Manrico, a wonderful, golden guy of only 21 years old who took our baby to heart and we will never forget him; he is truly very talented and capable in his work. The children had a lot of fun with them, but so did the adults; they do many activities and games. In the hotel, the staff was always available, the young women at the front desk were very kind; we had full board, the food was overall very good, then obviously it is always a matter of personal taste. Excellent breakfast. I thank our waiter Marco and all the others who were always smiling and friendly. The hotel is beachfront with its own umbrellas and has everything, and there are games for children from the youngest to the oldest, then there are volleyball and tennis courts on the sand, a bar, and entertainment where they hold tournaments in the afternoon, and everything is close by and organized, like a resort. And there is also a beautiful swimming pool. If there are any small flaws, it is the Wi-Fi, which is the first on the list and gets very little signal. As for the rest, we don't have too many demands, so it was a wonderful experience. We will return very gladly.
