Azzurro Residence Hotel

I travel very often, but it had never happened to me before that a pair of pants worth 200 euros disappeared from the room. I asked the reception for clarification several times, and they shifted the blame onto the laundry service. I asked several times for them to check with the laundry service, but basically, there was no trace of the pants. I asked if they had a solution to propose to me, but nothing. Absolutely NEVER AGAIN!

Great hotel, very friendly staff and available for any need, clean and very spacious rooms, the hotel is in a perfect location for whatever you want to do, the first day just arrived we were recommended a shopping center 10 minutes perfect, for dinner around the hotel there is mc donald and a restaurant within walking distance, burgher king, old wild west and much more by car but at most 15 minutes

It's true.... it's not a luxury hotel..... it doesn't have expensive and refined furnishings..... but beware: there is everything you need: 1) sympathy, flexibility and helpfulness of staff; 2) large rooms and even very comfortable mini-apartments with balconies some of them also of considerable size; 3) Perfect daily cleaning; 4) good supply of consumer products; 5) excellent and varied breakfast (with products such as locally produced tarts, exceptional)... 6) possibility of free parking in the side spaces; 7) very fair prices. In short.... what more do you want... Unfortunately I had to give up the second night of stay (due to cancellation of a job) but I will return very gladly. Recommended!
