GRAND

We stayed for two weeks and perhaps we had expectations that were too high. Let's start with the most serious thing, which is that during the room cleaning time (the floor substitute was there), she let our little dog escape because she had left the door open, and we had asked them to close it since they are aware that they do the cleaning with the door open. Luckily, the little dog headed toward the beach and a lady recovered her and they notified us since they knew her. At check-in, if you didn't make the bank transfer at that moment, they wouldn't even make a photocopy of the document (never happened in any other property), and also on this occasion I asked for the bed rail for my son and I was told that they don't have any, and I was stunned; it's the first time it has happened to me that I couldn't find one. Delfino dining room, air conditioning very high at breakfast, lunch, and dinner; the food was good even if the menu was repetitive (in the two weeks we ate the same things with the exception of Ferragosto), staff embarrassing with the exception of Stefano, whom we unfortunately only had for the first week. One day we didn't have glasses; after our request, they brought us wine glasses because they had run out of water glasses. To get water brought to us, we had to beg them, and one time I stood in front of the kitchen door until they brought us the water (requested at the end of the appetizer and it was brought after the main course). One morning we didn't have any teaspoons and they were taken from another table because they didn't have any. The servers never knew what was there and what wasn't. Breakfast didn't have much choice. The muesli was there for the first 3 days and then it disappeared. On the same day we had asked for a menu change for the children, lunch pasta with meat sauce and dinner pasta with pesto. We didn't get them because they didn't have the condiments (our change hadn't been noted) so lunch and dinner pasta with tomato sauce. Elevator: during "rush" hours it was impossible to find one. Perhaps it would be better to put families with strollers etc. on a low floor to avoid endless lines. We were on the fifth floor and always used the stairs. Room: huge and beautiful. The bathroom needs to be renovated but overall it was beautiful with a double drying rack on the balcony. Bar staff exceptional. Beach: very narrow is an understatement. There wasn't even room to move around. Entertainment: the only truly positive note. It is our second experience with Mumbo Jumbo and we had a great time again. Guys always energetic and smiling despite the tiredness and the heat. The pair Alice and Luis for the juniors is nothing short of fantastic, not to mention Elia and Mattia who will always have a place in our hearts.

For 3 years we have chosen GhMontesilvano as a destination for our holidays. Every time we find familiar faces who make us feel at home but also new surprises that make the stay even more special. A sincere thanks to Claudio and Salvatore, always friendly and attentive to the management of the room. Thanks also to Rossano, a precise waiter, kind and always available and one also to Silvio and Valentina of the bar, always ready to pamper us with a chat and a smile that never fails. Chapter animation: we had a great time with all of you! A united group, full of energy, professionalism and heart! Finding Elia was like seeing a friend again: in tournaments the fun was guaranteed and on stage you can see how much he has grown as an animator. The miniclub was taken care of by the kindness and sweetness of Adele, Ayman and Vlad led by Benedetto. The junior club was an energy bomb with Louis and Alice: charisma, fun and respect for the rules, always with a smile. In the pool we felt safe with Sofia, also great on stage in musicals! Photographer Trixie captured every beautiful moment, always ready and smiling. And finally there are them, the "top officials": Sabrina: pure fitness energy with aqua gym, muscle arousal, Pilates, group dancing and stage nights... a true force of nature! And Kikko: the team leader who coordinated the whole team making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. A perfect puzzle! And then there's him, Mattia, "the top revelation": Wild animator, always on the piece, charismatic, energetic, very nice. Always present on the beach, in the pool, on stage! For us he was the top "undeclared" animator, the one you don't expect but that stays inside you! We are sure that soon you will do even bigger things on that stage because remember you have it... the material to do extraordinary things and be in the top declared since the beginning of the season! The GH is now a fixed stop for summer holidays. This year there were pleasant surprises starting from the kitchen further improved with first and second courses of meat and fish, excellent breakfast with new entries. Particular praise goes to the waiter Rossano, super available to satisfy our every request due especially to the requests of our son. A priceless person. And how can we not mention animation, which has recovered sharply from last year. Fun shows very nice choreography a team with so many highs, but I must say that there is a special person who has entered the heart of our family and especially of my son. If Elia was a pleasant reconfirmation, Mattia broke through, a special guy with a heart of gold introduces himself as a technician and then you find him, at the mini club, on stage to entertain everyone between big laughs and crazy dances, to organize and participate in all kinds of tournaments, a real show man like very few. Keep it up and you'll get far.
