Promenade

I stayed at the Hotel Promenade and the strong point is definitely the dining. Breakfast was really well taken care of. Many pastries made by them and very good, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and also a good selection of savory items. Maybe in the future, another “leavened pastry” could be added to provide even more variety. I also had lunch there and I must say that the main courses are always excellent, very varied, and with many different vegetables every day. I appreciated that there is always a cheese option as well. Lots of fruit and ice cream every day. Drinks and coffee always available. I found a few first courses not exactly to my liking. At the beach, I found little cooperation from the security staff. The entertainment is of poor quality and lacks engagement; they turn on the music and that's it. Spacious room, but since it is a 4-star hotel, I would suggest a small renovation of the furniture. My room was also missing a mirror. The cleaning could also be improved; I found sand in the room for 2 days in a row, a sign that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned thoroughly. Important note for the reception... The staff should be informed that people with disabilities and those over 70 are exempt from the tourist tax. They wanted to make me pay for it. It is not about the negligible amount but about a matter of fairness and knowledge. It is a basic rule and I was sorry to have to point it out myself. Overall, I recommend the hotel to those looking for relaxation and especially to those who love to eat well..

My first time in Abruzzo and at the Hotel Promenade was truly very positive. Excellent hotel, strategic location very easy to reach, very professional and very kind staff....What can I say? Recommendable to every type of family and very well equipped for any eventuality. A heartfelt thank you to all of you and see you soon! Fabio

We were guests at this property from August 15th to the 22nd..we started our stay with the delicious Ferragosto menu, everything was very good..the room was nice, spacious, and clean..you can see that the organization of the entire property is managed by capable people who enjoy this work..we thank the entire staff for having us spend a wonderful week..the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were amazing..the Abruzzo evening with the tasting of arrosticini on the beach was spectacular..A special mention definitely goes to Giampietro, a serious worker who never holds back, he is spectacular, we especially wanted to thank him for making us feel so good and a big 10 for his attention and service..thanks for everything..
