Hotel Belvedere

It is not a simple hotel, but a real home away from home. The family management makes the difference: the owners are wonderful people, of a kindness and availability of yesteryear. Despite the fact that the structure did not have active restaurant service, they were very nice in coming to meet us, warming us dinner and making us feel pampered at all times. The room spacious, warm and cozy. It is rare to find this human warmth combined with impeccable cleanliness and such a convenient location in Roccaraso. Thank you very much for making our stay special with your small, big attentions. Antonio and Federica from Eboli/Battipaglia

Wonderful and comfortable location. Cleanliness of the rooms impeccable, bathroom included. It enjoys an exceptional view. Hearty breakfast and staff ready to fulfill every request. Not to be underestimated absolutely the professionalism, and the family welcome of the owners who are really the icing on the cake of a structure absolutely recommended! It's like feeling at home. I hope to return very soon

Stay definitely below our expectations. Already when choosing the room, we were offered the superior as a newly renovated room. We expected a "Superior" room but, we found, a small room, without any kind of comfort and, of course, x nothing renovated. Spaces, having baby and cot, are limited. There was also no mini-bar, to be able to store the baby's milk. The room is gilded with a kettle that, One morning, it overheated, triggering a strong smell of burned plastic, in the absence of any lifesaver that could cut the power. We kindly requested the replacement of the old kettle and, we were told, that they did not have another available.. We are baffled .. after paying ..760 euros for 4 nights.... we can conclude that the 'hotel is absolutely not up to 'minimum expectations required.
