Park Hotel Resort

We stayed at the Park Hotel Resort for nearly 2 weeks. Everything was perfect. We stayed in double room. We had very comfortable and good size bed. Hotel is situated 3 minutes from the beach, free deck chair and umbrela for every room. Breakfast was always delicious. Fresh product, fruits and delicious coffee! Apart from that the best thng in the hotel was staff!!!! Very helpful, polite and always smiling. We hope to come back there again :-)

Let's get the not so good stuff out of the way first. The rooms were adequate and our room at the back overlooked a building site which stood in the back garden blotting out any chance of a sea view. Now the good bits. This excellent value hotel gets five stars thanks to a brilliant lovely and extremely professional receptionist, Vaida, from Lithuania, who took customer service to a whole new level. Upon arrival, we were in urgent need of some medical attention as my wife's mozzie bites had turned angry and had taken on a life of their own. Vaida gave us some explicit instructions of where to go and what to do. Once we'd sorted out that problem, she directed us to the best bit of beach where we could find the hotel sunbeds and sunshades. She then gave us details of where to find a good restaurant along the road and gave us a card to provide us a 15 per cent discount for the best pizza I have ever tasted. Vaida was even around to pour us both a ridiculously cheap pre-dinner drink. What a star!

My wife and I stayed at the Park Hotel Resort for three nights. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Our room had a wonderful patio overlooking the gardens and the beach was beautiful. This appears to be a family oriented facility so you get the personalized service. Given we only spoke English only, an English speaking member of the staff was always available to answer our questions and attend to our needs. A great place to stay for a taste of the real Italy. Scenic views of the coastline are everywhere in Vasto and the town has a definite family atmosphere. We highly recommend a stay in Vasto and the Park Hotel Resort.
