What they promise: “Our rooms feature contemporary, high-class furnishings and spectacular views of the magnificent surrounding mountains, providing an unparalleled visual experience.” What you actually get: Trees, trees and more trees but no view of the mountains. Any I didn’t book the cheapest room either. Spent an extra ~$100 to make sure the room had a view. No dice. Can I get a room with a view? “Sure. We have a suite for an extra 200 euros per night.”

We stayed at this splendid hotel in Courmayeur with my husband and our baby who is just 5 months old and we had a really great time. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we found a welcoming environment and, above all, a lot of kindness and helpfulness from the entire staff. They were all truly wonderful and attentive to our needs, something we appreciated even more with a newborn in tow. The mountain location is wonderful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and we felt right at home immediately. It was a pleasant and peaceful stay that we will remember with great pleasure. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back! ❤️🏔️

We had a pleasant stay and found all the staff very kind and helpful, even if, being a 5-star hotel and considering the price, we expected a little more attention. The parking, at a cost of €30, is absolutely not a problem: it would have simply been correct to inform us of the price upon our arrival, before they unloaded our luggage and took the car, instead we were informed only later at the reception, when the service had already been performed. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which would have been a great help during the night. Furthermore, there was no shower gel and the body lotion provided had already been used. The spa's herbal tea area also needed more attention, as there were food scraps, and the only hydromassage jet was not working. The breakfast, however, was very positive, abundant, and varied. In general, we had a good time, but for a 5-star hotel and considering the cost, we expected greater attention to detail.
