Quite a disappointing experience; for the price paid, the room was very small, the bathroom had no counter space and was dated, no fridge, and with a burnt-out lightbulb. Breakfast in a dark and small room, frozen croissants, a cake, something savory, but industrial. Furthermore, to my request for a drink, instead of just saying they didn't make it, the gentleman at the bar started yelling, making himself heard by the whole room and saying that I should have "less nonsense"... Speechless... The reception staff was kind, but we didn't ask for anything special, so I wouldn't really know...

A pleasant hotel convenient to the cable car. We had a room in each range all of which were as expected with regular fresh linen and kept spotlessly clean. A fine self service breakfast of fresh pastries, toast, cereals, eggs, hams, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts, cakes etc with various juices and of course coffee and tea. Very accommodating and friendly staff. A heated and spacious boot room for all the ski gear with easy access.

Comfortable hotel as a whole. Impeccable cleanliness and good maintenance, so as to minimize the effect of a furniture not very young. Adequate breakfast, to which I would add loose yogurt. Maybe a bit expensive, but the stay was very pleasant and we would stay there again. To emphasize the kindness of the staff
