Had a great lunch with an amazing Valdostana. But not only that. Kind staff. Had lunch Outdoors in a Nice sunny little garden

Hotel overall clean near Courmayeur, room very small without air conditioning, small balcony not very useful for sunbathing since it had synthetic grass which becomes scalding in the heat. Good breakfast, kind staff. Aperitif at the bar definitely needs to be reconsidered.

The hotel is very pleasant, nice property. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Abundant breakfast. From a 3-star hotel, one cannot expect more. What I must absolutely note, however, is the coldness of the staff (not all of them). Everyone is polite, but they are not people with whom it is pleasant to chat, ask for advice on an excursion to take, or any other information. The waiter present at breakfast keeps an eye on the guests, as if they were all children who might steal the jam; he does not have a pleasant way of carrying himself. Too bad, because I would have gladly returned, but having stayed for 11 days, I had the opportunity to verify what I am saying, and when I stay at a property, I would like to see smiling staff.
