A dream stay in this splendid hotel Very well located in the La Thuile resort. Our room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts and dinners were hearty, varied, and of very high quality. And what can I say about the staff other than bravo!!! Devoted, professional, classy. And lovely gestures from the whole team for my birthday with a little card and treats left in our room to wish me a happy birthday and a delicious chocolate cake in the evening at dinner without my partner having asked for anything. These gestures touched me enormously. Thanks again to all the staff who helped us create wonderful memories. Cathie and Patrick.

A wonderful discovery! The hotel, well-maintained and with a truly great atmosphere, is located in the heart of La Thuile, close to all points of interest... surrounded by a breathtaking view.. Spotless rooms, complete with accessories, with terraces with a unique view... The staff is professional, rigorous, very kind, giving an exciting and unique meaning to the concept of hospitality: special mention to the reception and the bar and dining room/restaurant staff... A girl from Padua who was genuinely kind, friendly, and puts everyone at ease, a friendly, super professional "assistant maitre d'", and the harmony of the whole team made the dinner at the restaurant unique: if it ever needed to be written, the dishes and the proposed menu were excellent 👏👏👏 It's a pity we could only stay one night, we hope to have the privilege and the opportunity to return to you soon. In the meantime, THANK YOU for helping to make our summer vacation. Unforgettable!!!

I stayed at this hotel for business reasons and, unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. The price is high, but I did not find a level of service and comfort adequate to the amount paid. Already at the time of booking I found unclear in the conditions and methods of booking. Once arrived, the situation did not improve: the room was uncomfortable and especially the mattress turned out to be extremely uncomfortable. Being there for work, I needed to be able to rest properly, but all week I couldn't sleep and rest as I should have. Even the management by the management seemed inadequate and little attention to the needs of guests. Considering the price, comfort and general level of service, the value for money is decidedly negative. Frankly, I can't understand why this property has four stars. From a hotel of this category I would expect more clarity, comfortable rooms, quality beds and above all a more efficient and customer-friendly management. Experience that I would not repeat and structure that I would not recommend, especially to those traveling for work and needs to rest well.
