The property is very beautiful, pleasant and comfortable, in a truly enchanting place. The rooms are clean, well-kept and well-maintained. The food is average: nothing particularly memorable, but acceptable overall. The negative note concerns one of the owners, whose behavior toward guests did not seem always appropriate and professional to us. I believe that, especially for those who manage an accommodation facility, courtesy, professionalism and attention toward guests are fundamental.

Very nice and welcoming hotel located about 3 km from Cogne. Very nice staff and owners who make you feel at home. Room very spacious and well structured, always clean. Food very varied and cooked optimally. Rich breakfast. Although for a fee excellent solution the underground garage for the car. We stayed in a very cold period where the temperature dropped to -16 degrees at night. The "indoor" car suffered no problems. After a day out in the cold and on the skis excellent back the hot tub with a temperature of 35 degrees and the sauna. Pure relaxation. Also excellent is the free use of bobsleighs or toboggans for our children. Great solution to spend days in the mountains on the snow with the family.

I stayed at this hotel and had a great time. The location is beautiful, in a quiet and pleasant area to live. The hotel provided us with free bicycles, a gesture that we greatly appreciated and that allowed us to enjoy the surroundings. In addition, they gave us the opportunity to access a beautiful spa in another complex in Cogne, where we relaxed a lot. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to help. A really positive experience that I recommend without hesitation!
