I must say that I have been visiting this hotel for several years, and everything has been impeccable, but this year the pool service really disappointed me! For the long weekend of June 2nd, I found the outdoor pool ready but closed to the public, and the sunbed area had not even one umbrella set up, with half of the sunbeds available and a scorching sun that was burning my skin! I was advised by the manager to sit under a tree for some shade... too bad the only tree provides shade to the construction site of the new bar that isn't even ready. The season here starts on June 12th, so for those seeking comfort, it's better to go elsewhere!
