Very nice services. The only downside, fitness room with outdated, unmaintained equipment... borderline when you call yourself a Luxury Hotel... this asset becomes a black mark for those who were counting on this activity. Nevertheless, responsive staff, maintenance planned... so.

We stayed at the hotel for three days and found it to be a huge property, which shows that at one time, it must have been designed to offer many more services than it currently has. Many groups, which made the breakfasts quite chaotic. The room was very complete, although it was strange to have a hydromassage without a shower. The gardens are very beautiful and a peculiarity: there is at least one trullo within the hotel perimeter, which is also used as a room, it must be very picturesque to sleep in it.

The hotel is complete with every service: spa, restaurant, pool, and much more. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel restaurant is exceptional, also with many options for traditional dishes. The breakfast is very varied: sweet, savory, fruit, yogurt, etc… The pool is extremely clean and the pool bar offers every convenience: lunches, snacks, and happy hours. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, in particular the guys at the pool are very nice and very kind. I would like to report that during the stay my friend in the room with me got sick and the staff ensured that at any time there was the possibility to ask for a thermometer, medicine, food in the room, and even ice. They also allowed us to extend our stay beyond check-out (11:00 AM) since we had our flight in the evening and, as mentioned, my friend was not feeling well. A truly positive experience, I highly recommend it!
