Minotel Lanzillotta Hotel

An experience not to be repeated; there is a lot to say here, and honestly, being a 4-star hotel, the rooms should at least be acceptable. First of all, the entrance key 🔑 with tape, even if it works, is not a nice thing for the customer to have, small room and old and dated furniture, a gloomy and depressing atmosphere, the bathroom the same thing, small and as soon as we entered it smelled and was not clean... Miniature closet as shown in the photo and it didn't close well, empty minibar with only two small bottles of water; I wouldn't know if it's normally like this or if, through agreements with the travel agency, they didn't provide refreshments... power outlets, the one in the bathroom slightly disconnected from the wall, lights half-broken, and finally, I'm sorry I forgot to take a picture, on the small balcony there is an outdoor table with two nice bird droppings as a welcome. I will point out to my travel agency that organized the weekend for me all these things and more; honestly, for the location and the stars it has, they must provide a very accurate service, especially cleanliness, leaving aside whether you like the rooms or not; the only thing I save is the dinner and the breakfast, the food is very good, but I would never set foot there again. Everything needs a bit of improvement.

Centrally located hotel, very helpful staff (this morning we were even accompanied by car to pick up the car located in a nearby parking lot!), good breakfast, clean and tidy room every day, nice large terrace overlooking the trulli.

I spent one night at Hotel Lanzillotta and it was a lovely experience. The room was small but clean and comfy with a little balcony (great despite the terrible weather). The staff were great and very accommodating, helpful and always smiling! The breakfast was great with lots of fresh cakes and other options. I was by myself and felt completely safe and secure, which is particularly important for a female travelling alone. Thank you guys! I will recommend to any of my friends visiting Alberobello.
