No attention to food allergies, despite them having been communicated well in advance. Little courtesy and empathy towards guests. The Trullo is beautiful, the pool, and the tranquility of the area is pleasant.

False marketing. The hotel does not look like the pictures. The room was awful. Thought we came to the wrong place. Cancelled when we got there and left. Do not recommend to stay there. Note! Not trullihus as shown in the pictures. Old closed place from the '80s. Horrible.

We have already been to this beautiful place 4 times, we had a great time with the whole family, especially our children, but obviously us too! We relaxed and had a lot of fun. The place is beautiful, full of nature, and above all the owners are very kind and friendly, and they made us feel like part of their family. They are available for all our needs, and we will definitely return! Thanks for everything! 😘
