⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We spent a beautiful vacation at the Calanè Resort together with our family and we can say that we are truly satisfied! From our arrival, we found the reception staff to be kind, helpful, and always ready to meet our every request. A special mention also goes to the dining room and bar staff, always courteous and attentive. A special mention definitely goes to the entertainment team, truly super! ❤️ My son had a wonderful time at Serenino, especially thanks to the availability and professionalism of the girls, led by the force of nature Veronica, who knew how to involve and entertain the children with great enthusiasm. And what about the entertainment and evening shows? Truly fantastic! 🎭✨ Everything coordinated by the team leader Simone Sopino, a great person and a true professional, both on stage and off. His energy, friendliness, and professionalism made the evenings even more special. It was a vacation dedicated to relaxation, fun, and lightheartedness, with a group of people who knew how to make us feel welcomed and at ease. We will definitely return! ❤️🌊

Unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Everything is old-fashioned, faded, without charm. The food is mediocre, insufficiently varied. The dishes are served cold. It is unacceptable. The dining room is a real anthill where the noise is deafening. The staff serving customers at the buffet is not friendly at all. I cannot understand the positive reviews... I have traveled quite a bit in this category of establishment, but I have never been confronted with such pathetic services... The only positive point: the pool. The water temperature is perfect. As for the rest... RUN AWAY...

We had a good time during our stay, but the property certainly has ample room for improvement. The room was very large and the bed really comfortable, but upon our arrival, the cleanliness was not impeccable. The first impression was that of a facility that lacks a bit of attention to detail. There is a lot of greenery, which is certainly a strong point, but several areas appear poorly maintained, with parts of dry vegetation. The food, however, was really very good. Regarding the dining, however, the service could be better organized, or to be more precise, communication with customers when booking a restaurant other than the main one should be improved. Another aspect to which the facility should pay more attention concerns external services entrusted to staff or management outside the resort. We had an unpleasant experience with a hairdresser at the resort, who had a rather inappropriate attitude and charged prices that did not comply with the price list. We believe that situations of this type should be monitored more closely by the facility, because they can negatively affect the guests' experience. The spa and massages in the adjacent facility were excellent, however. An absolutely positive note concerns the service dedicated to children: the dedicated kitchen was very useful for us, and we found this service truly excellent. Trained staff. The resort certainly has a lot of potential, but with better maintenance of the facility, more organization, and closer monitoring of the services offered, it could become significantly better.
