We were guests in this structure, in a street level apartment, dark underground in the bedroom there was air conditioning in the room / living room / kitchen not even a fan, my son did the sauna , the internal doors could not close the shutters were broken the bathroom the drain leaked water the walls peeled dirty environment there was a hairdryer but it was not possible to use it because you could not use the sockets, the so-called hot tub corresponds to a basin large enough for two people, even there the dirty water the only positive thing was the hearty and rich breakfast!

The location is central and strategic, the parking, however, if you find it, is distant, there is no bidet, the morning light filters the tent forcing an awakening at dawn, breakfast is not available before 8, in the evening I took a cold shower....

The two stars are only for the kindness of the staff and the location a stone's throw from the cathedral, then.... nothing!!!! Depending on the room that will happen to you, the stay at this structure can be more or less comfortable, as I have seen, there are rooms with good spaces, light and privacy and others... much less, this is a big flaw, because a structure should maintain much more similar standards between its rooms! I had the room with kitchen in a separate building (not far away), practically a two-room apartment with no air nor light nor privacy, access with French windows from the street and another light point in the room on a small terrace shared with another room of other customers, you were forced to perpetually use artificial light because, unless you sacrifice a lot of your privacy, it did not enter practically and the same for the air. Breakfast served on a beautiful panoramic terrace in the central structure (3 floors without elevator) and on the 4th floor further terrace with small jacuzzi available to all customers. Breakfast with fairly limited choice and almost no changes from day to day. considering everything and that in the same area there are many other B & B and at similar prices, I would not go back!
