Excellent hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh food and a wide variety of choices to suit everyone. The swimming pool was also fantastic, well supervised, and there was never any difficulty getting a sun lounger. My only suggestion to the hotel management would be to consider opening the swimming pool at 10:00 a.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. I do, however, have one complaint, and it is not the fault of the hotel itself. I strongly recommend that the hotel management stop recommending or using the taxi company that advertises with the yellow and black business cards, Noleggio. Avoid this taxi company at all costs. The day before our departure, we booked what was clearly described as a private airport transfer through the hotel for my family of four. The agreed price was €120, with collection at 7:30 p.m. At around 5:00 p.m. on the day of departure, the taxi company started sending me messages saying they would collect us at 7:00 p.m. I showed these messages to the hotel reception, and they advised me not to worry. I replied to the taxi company confirming that our booking was for 7:30 p.m., but they continued insisting on 7:00 p.m. When the vehicle arrived, it was a shuttle bus carrying five passengers with only three empty seats available. The driver tried to put my family into the shuttle, despite the fact that we had requested a private transfer. As a family of four, there were not enough seats, and I explained that everyone needed their own seat and seat belt. The driver was rude and dismissive. I contacted the hotel reception, explaining that this was the taxi company they had recommended. To the hotel's credit, the receptionist immediately contacted the company again, and they eventually sent another vehicle to take us to the airport. It appeared to me that this company was attempting to charge customers the full price of a private transfer while transporting them in a shared shuttle bus with other passengers. To make matters worse, when we arrived at the airport, the driver attempted to charge us more than the agreed €120. He argued repeatedly, but I refused to pay anything above the price quoted and booked through the hotel. The hotel itself was excellent, and I would happily stay there again. However, I strongly urge the management to reconsider recommending this taxi company, as it risks damaging the excellent reputation of an otherwise outstanding hotel.

I stayed at this hotel and, overall, the experience was very positive, although with a few minor discordant notes that are worth pointing out to help you choose the perfect accommodation. * The property and sleep quality: The hotel is objectively beautiful, with attention to detail and clean. However, the sleep quality is not the best and depends heavily on where your room is located. The sincere advice I give to management is to improve the soundproofing of some areas, and to future guests to ask for a room facing the quieter, interior areas when booking. * Dining (Breakfast and Dinner): If the room had any flaws, the restaurant more than made up for it! The quality of the food is simply excellent, with dishes that are well-presented, fresh, and prepared with great attention at both breakfast and dinner. * Dining room service: A special round of applause goes to the entire dining room staff for the professionalism, kindness, and smiles with which they welcome guests. I would like to make a special mention for Daniel, who served us with a contagious friendliness, impeccable availability, and truly extraordinary customer care. In summary: a stay that is absolutely worth it, provided you pay a little attention to the room location. I would definitely return, perhaps requesting a quieter room!

Our stay was truly very pleasant and comfortable. The property is located a few meters from the sea and about 2 km from the historic center. There are two partner beach clubs in the Baia Verde area, preferably reached by car. If you want to go on foot, there is a small beach club in the immediate vicinity, convenient and with a splendid sea. Dining is the pride of the property: the cuisine is excellent, rich in flavor, and very well-prepared. A note of merit goes to the dining room waiters. They were delightful, always attentive, available, and kind, making us feel pampered from start to finish. Another wonderful note is the pool, a true corner of fabulous and relaxing paradise. The only small remark concerns the management of the rooms: we noticed that the cleaning was not always thorough every day. Nothing that compromised the vacation, but with a little extra attention, the room would have been perfect like the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was an excellent experience that we absolutely recommend!
