Our stay at Hotel Tra le Mure was truly wonderful, but what made the experience especially memorable was the kindness and exceptional hospitality of Mr. Matteo and his nephew Stefano. From the moment we arrived, Matteo made us feel genuinely welcome. He was always attentive, helpful, and ready to assist us with anything we needed. Beyond the excellent service, he is simply a wonderful person—warm, gracious, and someone who truly cares about his guests. Stefano was equally kind and helpful, and together they gave our stay that special personal touch that is sometimes difficult to find when traveling. The hotel is lovely, but it is people like Matteo and Stefano who turn a nice hotel stay into a beautiful memory. We left feeling that we had been treated not simply as guests, but almost like friends. Thank you, Matteo and Stefano, for your kindness and wonderful hospitality. We will remember our stay at Tra le Mure with great affection and would happily return. Highly recommended! ❤️🇮🇹

I was a guest for a week in this beautiful house. The host was very kind and helpful, as were his assistants. The room was clean, comfortable, and just like the description. The only thing is, I would add a coffee machine for the guests. But I must say that the house is surrounded by bars and restaurants, but for those who do not want to go out, it would be a convenience. For the rest, nothing to say; the rooms are cleaned every 2 or 3 days. Thank you for the care and thoughtfulness. Thank you Matteo, I will return with pleasure.

Well-maintained property and impeccable cleanliness. Very central location (right in the historic center), perfect for enjoying Polignano. The breakfast set up on a super panoramic terrace is varied and includes pastries made daily by the staff. But the real plus is the host Matteo: so much kindness, availability, and professionalism are hard to find. Together with his staff, they are able to make you feel right at home. A truly pleasant stay, which I heartily recommend!
