Excellent hotel, very kind, precise, and prepared staff. Truly accurate service, wonderful rooms, I was in 251, terrace on the sea with a view of the cave, a marvel! Private beach, excellent breakfast which is served in the cave Spectacular!!!

Very poor welcome! Avoid at all costs... We wanted to see the restaurant to book a table. The hostess took the business card out of my hands, saying that you had to book only online. When I asked to see the restaurant, she replied that access was reserved only for customers. It smells like a real tourist trap! Very unfriendly hostess. Keep moving, there are plenty of other restaurants that are more welcoming!

Terrible experience! Spend your money on another hotel ! £1000 plus per night - no breakfast - if you pay 50 euros each, dinner 300 euros each. This was a total waste of money ! Room noisy, close to the entrance, lots of footfall noise, our bed was next to the kitchen so heard early morning chit chat at 6am. No kettle, coffee machine, no plug next to the only mirror in the room so I couldn’t do my hair. It too 45 minutes to get a cold coffee from room service. Nice view of restaurant though …. Car parked several kilometres away, beach club scruffy and short staffed. It was like a holiday camp!!! Polignano a mare is beautiful and so much more to see and do! Sorry but a complete waste of money and very saddened to have to write this 🙁
