Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The fresh towels had an unpleasant smell, the rooms clearly need renovation, the showers had very poor water pressure, and the location isn’t ideal. Staff didn’t even offer to help carry our luggage to the rooms. Overall, definitely not 4-star worthy.

The gardens and the pool around the hotel are magnificent. That is where it ends. The hotel itself is a building from the 80s, never renovated. The rooms are poorly maintained, I won't even mention the single room which looks like a 2-star hotel. I asked to have a room with a large bed - I was told that I had to add 260 euros to the reservation. I therefore conclude that a room was indeed available but that no effort was made. Parking is for a fee. If you wish to change your pool towel, it will cost you €2.5. The breakfast is average, most of the products are not homemade (bread, pastries, frozen cakes). I spoke to the front desk about it, who made me understand that no solution would be found and that the room does indeed correspond to a 4-star rating. I am used to the Accor range, this is the first time I have been so disappointed by a Mercure. When you pay for a 4-star hotel, you expect a 4-star room and service.
