The property is beautiful. A gem of tranquility with truly good style. Perfect location - beaches reachable in a few minutes - Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca about 30 minutes away. The staff at the reception - who are also responsible for bookings - are exceptionally nice and very, very professional. We booked our stay directly at the hotel. By phone. The process was so perfect, friendly, and fast. That is rarely found. The housekeeping ladies also have a smile on their faces every day and are extremely friendly. It is only a few meters from the tennis court to the beautiful and large pool. Terrific. We had a standard room. Nice, modern, a bit small - but we already knew that beforehand. A small terrace. Fine for us. The only things that were somewhat lacking were space in the closet and a few hanging options in the room. But even that is complaining at a high level. The appearance and behavior of the hotel manager were also extraordinary. Stylish - confident - obliging and helpful to a degree that one otherwise only expects as a VIP in a 6-star hotel. And also a very empathetic source of local insider tips in the area. Every tip was a bullseye for us. I am generally more of a fan of Masseria vacations. But this hotel is a really good alternative to that. Because it is small, charming, and personal. Bravo.

We have just left this dream place; it is the first time I have been moved to leave a place and the staff that is part of it. A fantastic place, surrounded by greenery, it seems far from the world because of the serenity it transmits to you. But the jewel in the crown is the staff......we have never found in one place such a courteous, smiling, helpful, and above all happy staff in their work at this facility and proud to be part of it.,.. the Manager who dedicated himself to us as if we were long-time customers (which is not a given), the supervisor Stefania who opened our hearts with her smile and cordiality, Anna at the breakfast buffet, the star of my fantastic gluten-free toast, and also Ilenia, Irene, Gianpaolo.... compliments to everything and everyone. See you soon, Antonella and Maurizio ❤️❤️

It was a real pleasure to stay at the property, a real gem in the heart of Salento. Everything was top-notch, essentially the kindness and the hospitality that reigns supreme. A special round of applause to all the staff, to the Resident Manager Mr. Giovanni Agresti, and to Federica at the Reception and Irene at the pool bar, top-tier professionalism. Definitely worth returning to. Highly recommended...
