Very bad. When asked for a glass of wine, they replied that theirs is disgusting; when looking for staff at night due to the room flooding, none were found, and there were signs saying there was no staff... When we ran away in the morning after spending a sleepless night, not even an apology... The response was that the air conditioning was one of the most recent... Never again.. Inexperienced and uncaring staff.

Dated hotel, bathroom with toilet yellow from dirt, very noisy air conditioner, a squashed fly on a mirror in the room from arrival to departure, never cleaned, sea view terrace with pieces of snacks, pool with swim cap, pool exteriors not clean full of insects given the plant remains never swept, bar open from 5 PM, nonexistent reception... do not stop if you want to enjoy Salento, book somewhere else, given the price you will surely find something else

Nice experience because: -beautiful pool -breathtaking view especially for the sunset -kind staff The only thing is the poor hairdryer, breakfast needs improvement.
