Elegant and excellent structure, well cared for in detail. Nice and comfortable rooms with good restaurant service. Staff helpful and kind. Everything more than positive

Room paid 400€ on New Year's Eve, on the website it told me that it would be a spa room instead it was a very small room with a hot tub behind the bed! Bathroom almost non-existent very small you could hardly even get in. Absent Bidet! Outside sink almost next to the bed! Definitely price too high compared to what we found! Ridiculous welcome drink that consisted of a square of 2cm each with a sauce and a glass of prosecco, served 2 seconds before dinner so useless. It's not worth it. Dinner a bit narrow and badly distributed in the two rooms. WE WON'T BE BACK.NOT WORTH IT

Good evening, we were recommended for New Year's Eve dinner, bad to say the least, poor dishes with chilling cooking,... I speak as a cook in the robinson tower san giovanni, for a 4 star you do not even have a comma .. change chef that maybe the name will not ruin it! The main basis in a structure is the kitchen .. and by you is super bad and poor! Not recommended!
