I am writing this review with the hope that it can be a lifeline for anyone who is considering booking here. I am telling you about my experience to save you a waste of money and a lot of frustration. THE WELCOME AND HYGIENE: A NIGHTMARE We arrived on Sunday, August 30, and the "welcome" to the first bungalow was disconcerting: dirt everywhere and, to top it all off, fecal residue still stuck to the toilet. After our protests, they changed our accommodation, promising to "make it up to us" (a promise that remained only in words). In the second bungalow, the toilet was clean, but the shower was covered in hair and traces of shower gel from the previous guests stuck to the walls. Dirty floors and closets in indecent condition. A piece of advice for the brave who still want to tempt fate: bring hand sanitizer, gloves, masks, and your own hangers to hang your clothes. CATERING Pre-cooked, reheated food served in meager quantities. Breakfast also proved to be extremely disappointing and sparse. SERVICES NOT PROVIDED AND RECEPTION MANAGEMENT I will draw a veil of pity over the reception staff, but the critical point concerns the services paid for and never received, such as daily cleaning and bed making. After 6 days without cleaning, I turned to a certain Vincenzo (who didn't even identify himself), asking him to come and check the state of the bungalow in person. His response? "I'm not even thinking about coming to clean it myself!", showing that he wasn't even listening to what I was saying. When I pointed out to him that the certificate of excellence on display dated back to 2013 and that a lot of water would pass under the bridge before seeing another one, his response was a disarming: "We hope so." THE ONLY POSITIVE NOTES: THE DINING ROOM STAFF AND THE ENTERTAINMENT TEAM I want to highlight the only lights in the darkness of this facility: The dining room staff: always kind, polite, and courteous. The DREAM EQUIPE entertainment team: a special thanks to Mariano and his wife, Oreste, Jennifer, Gianmarco, Simone, Domenico, Pietro, and the entire dance troupe. They were the ones who gave us truly wonderful moments and saved our stay. I strongly urge other villages and tourist facilities to contact this extraordinary team of professionals: in a place like that, they are literally wasted! Finally, the chance to meet wonderful people among the fellow sufferers. VERDICT: Overall experience to forget. Stay away from it!

I spent 10 days in the second half of August with my family, a fun and relaxing vacation at the same time. The village is convenient due to its location directly on the sea and is concentrated with a beach, pools, bar, restaurant, rides, soccer field, amphitheater, etc., everything is close and not spread out. In the evening, shows with professional dancers that were truly high-level with shows like Notre Dame de Paris, exceptional, a special mention to Jennifer, always very sweet with the children, to Claudia, Simone, and all the others. A small constructive piece of advice from me: the bungalows need to be modernized a bit, but otherwise I highly recommend it to families with teenagers and children; if there is a possibility, we will definitely return!
