Colonna Residence

We book on booking this property only because it had parking (for a fee). During the booking booking tells us that the room available was only for non-smokers and makes us click on accept . Very well we do not smoke so we confirm willingly. But as soon as we enter the room a strong smell of smoke and nicotine takes our throats, those who do not smoke can understand us. Soon we realize that the whole apartment was soaked in the smell of cigarettes, at night we slept with the windows open, and in getting dressed we realized that the clothes were soaked in that stench!! Ridiculous really since booking gave the room as non-smoking!! RIDICULOUS BUT THE UGLEST THING IS THAT YOU DO NOT FIND IN THE ROOM EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER!! SHAMEFUL.... During the night with my throat tingling from the smell of nicotine I had to drink the sink water!! Never seen such a thing. We overlook the cleanliness of the room and the dilapidated furniture full of mold, a single cup of coffee and a single cup of tea! The broken shower and the air conditioners fixed with tape!! Breakfast arranged with bad quality salami (the salami was brown) unfortunately not being able to eat sweet I had to make do. My husband took a piece of cake that remained on the plate! AVOID IT ... IN TRANI CE MUCH MORE, I've been going there for years but a similar dive never seen!!

I love this place! The first experience was three months ago, they even recovered me in another b & b where I was terrible, at 22 in the evening, with their car and without charge! And already I had been fine, all very nice, very kind, and the rooms equipped with everything, spacious, clean, and cared for. Also this time same thing, really good. Then the location: a stone's throw from the seafront, tonight I took a beautiful walk and in half an hour you are on the harbor, really nice. I recommend it, it is a great place to a really very competitive piece!
