Very clean pool, excellent cleanliness, the only thing is when we went to the breakfast room we were immersed in another situation; the first day we were kicked out at 9:50 because Ms. Daniela said she had to do the cleaning, and I caught her eating 5 minutes after she had locked herself in the back; then she followed us, even watching what we were eating in our plates and bags, and furthermore, she did not restock the empty buffet, A PITY ABOUT THE BREAKFAST BUT THE LADY MAKES EVERYONE UNCOMFORTABLE

Unfortunately a very negative experience, especially due to the total lack of understanding shown by the property. My partner and I had booked our stay, but due to a bad flu that prevented us from leaving, we were forced to give up the vacation. We contacted the property clearly explaining the situation and asking if it were possible to meet us halfway at least with a partial refund, a voucher, or an alternative solution. Unfortunately, we did not receive any openness: the property decided to keep the entire amount, without acknowledging even a partial refund despite the impossibility of using the stay for health reasons. I perfectly understand that there are cancellation conditions and that a property must protect itself, but I believe that in exceptional situations a minimum of flexibility and attention toward the customer really makes the difference. We did not necessarily expect a total refund, but at least a gesture of willingness. We were very disappointed by the management of the situation and the poor sensitivity shown. For this reason, based on our experience, I do not feel like recommending this property.

A very quiet place to spend a relaxing vacation. Very close to the historic center of Otranto, with green spaces, private parking in the courtyard, and a pool. The room with the attached small garden was beautiful. Thanks to the cleaning lady, who was friendly and precise, and to Federica for the numerous suggestions that were very useful to us.
