Hotel Ristorante Panoramico

I stayed at Hotel La Panoramica and I was really very satisfied with the experience. I particularly appreciated the room, very cute, welcoming, and well-kept. I was immediately struck by the large mirror, followed by the comfortable double bed; in the adjacent room there were also two small beds, suitable for both adults and children, as well as two armchairs with a small table, which made the environment even more comfortable. The external view of the greenery was also very pleasant, which gave a feeling of tranquility. A detail that I appreciated a lot was the light blue color of the walls, which recalls the colors of the sea and goes perfectly with the atmosphere of Castro Marina, a splendid seaside resort and pearl of Salento. It is a simple detail, but one that in my opinion represents the place very well. The breakfast was also very good, served in a beautiful little room, pleasant and welcoming, ideal for starting the day with serenity. The property also has a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, offering different spaces where you can relax, and naturally, one of the strong points is the splendid view of the sea, which makes the atmosphere even more evocative. Overall I had a really great time: a pleasant property, with different spaces to relax, a comfortable room, and a setting that allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of Castro Marina. A stay that I will remember with pleasure and that I recommend to anyone who wishes to spend a few days in Salento in a welcoming environment and with a truly stupendous view.

We booked on The Fork at this crazy 4-star restaurant for our little vacation in Puglia, what can I say? Crazy...we had an appetizer...a mixed seafood grill and a fried seafood platter...dessert, wine, and grappa!!!! Mr. Antonio followed us step by step, satisfying every request of ours....highly recommended!!!! we will definitely return!

Practically, the hotel is located on the square of Castro Marina. A splendid property where friendliness reigns supreme; you can be in total relaxation even during busy periods. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the guests, and the cleanliness is impeccable. A special note goes to the excellent cuisine, all based on very fresh fish and prepared impeccably, all served by the dining room staff where there is the head waiter, Mr. Antonio, a very affable and knowledgeable person (a pillar of the dining room) who advises you impeccably in the choice of the menu, ensuring that all customers remain satisfied. I recommend that you, in addition to the overnight stay, also opt for dinner or lunch... this way you will understand the true essence of the Hotel Panoramico. It is the fifth year that we have returned for our holidays in August. Thank you for your hospitality.
