We were guests from 8/16 to 8/23, the property upon arrival fully presents itself as a 4-star, welcome with a cold drink and professionalism, from here the 4-star is confirmed if you have a garden-side room, with a comfortable and private area, a different story for those adjacent to the pool which are older and certainly not 4-star. A strong point is the location near a wonderful sea, which is reached with punctual and spacious shuttles, on an equipped and breezy beach, also close to the center of Otranto. The clean pools are also good and available in several versions, for those who want to be more in the noise or rest in privacy. A point to improve is the catering, the first 3 days we ate well, then the excitement waned (probably the reuse of leftover food found in the first courses in the following days lowered the quality), standard but pleasant breakfast with croissants and various sweets. A sore point is the entertainment, I feel sorry for the young guys but there was little involvement and total absence once 11:00 PM arrived, you ended up sitting by the pool drinking something, which for those with small children is fine, but different for older ones or those who have expectations of fun. Another small but necessary note regarding the bar adjacent to the pool, staff not very friendly who do not embrace the vacation concept of those who go there to get something to drink, long faces of those who are annoyed to work, nothing serious but the details make the difference. Overall, I recommend the property to those who want to rest, enjoy the tranquility and an excellent sea, at most a half-board (which also fits with the shuttle times to and from the sea).

We stayed for the first time with children, a beautiful, unforgettable experience, wonderful place, very clean, the guys very helpful always, the food fresh and everything very good, we will definitely return next year

The resort is cute but the weak point is the restaurant because there are few choices and the food is not of quality
