VOI Porto Giardino Resort

I start by apologizing for the previous review and am updating it correctly. First time at CDS Porto Giardino Resort: absolutely positive, excellent, abundant, and varied cuisine, excellent cleanliness in all areas, and the highlight is the daily change of towels and linens. the animation team were not very intrusive but very skilled and kind, the beach club a little small but still well-equipped. I recommend this resort to everyone. Donatella Fronzi

International. Not just for the Italians. Only one person speaks a little French at the front desk. Rooms are fine. And well-maintained by the cleaning staff. Very clean gardens. Restaurant is good, 4 stars. I booked an excursion that did not take place. Always problems with the number of people or the weather. Same for the hotel shuttle. Entertainment only in Italian, just like the activities. If you do not speak Italian or English, change hotels. I also think that arriving at 1:30 PM and not being able to get a crepe to eat before 5:00 PM is really petty. Too bad because the rest holds up. Staff at the restaurant as well as at the bars, pools, etc. I was forced to rent a vehicle to be able to visit this beautiful region. So if you only understand French, avoid this hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A WONDERFUL VACATION AT PORTO GIARDINO ❤️ We spent some truly wonderful days at the Porto Giardino Village and we can only leave a review full of compliments and gratitude. It was a vacation made of relaxation, fun, good food, smiles, and above all, a lot of kindness. ❤️ A special thanks to the kitchen, managed by Chef Vanni, and his entire team 👨‍🍳: we ate really well! Dishes always varied, tasty, abundant, and well-prepared. Compliments for the quality and for the great work you do every day. 👏🏻🍝 A heartfelt thank you to Director Lai, for the professionalism and attention, and to the Head Receptionist Doriana, always kind, helpful, and smiling. 🌸 Another note of merit goes to the cleanliness of the rooms, always impeccable and well-kept. And what about the pool area? Spectacular! 😍🏊🏻‍♀️ A beautiful environment where you can relax and fully enjoy the vacation. But a fundamental part of this experience was the people: we found a very kind, helpful staff that was always ready to share a smile. ❤️ A huge round of applause also to the entire entertainment team! 🎉 To the village manager Gianluca, to Luca with his legendary quiff 😂 and to all the guys: you were fantastic! You brought joy, energy, and fun every day, involving adults and children and leaving us with many beautiful memories. 👏🏻❤️ And finally a SPECIAL THANK YOU to our friend Luigi Primarosa. ❤️ Thank you for your kindness, helpfulness, and friendliness. You were a special part of this vacation and you helped make it even more beautiful.
