After a cold and expeditious welcome at check-in, last night was bad due to a very uncomfortable mattress, obviously worn out. Guaranteed back pain when you wake up. But the worst was yet to come. After Breakfast (the only decent service), we return to the room around 10:10 to pack our things for the check-out scheduled for 10:30. We struggle to enter the room (defective card reading system). Once in the room, we hear noise from the bathroom. We manifest our presence, which brings out a man from the bathroom, visibly embarrassed, who leaves the room hastily. Shocked by what has just happened (unheard of), we inform the person in charge on site when leaving. He tried to justify the situation, explaining that he was a cleaning worker who wanted to clean the room to prepare it for future guests. We tell him that it doesn’t make sense, not only because our things were still scattered in the room (so there’s no doubt that the room was still occupied), but above all because the man in question had no tools or cleaning products with him. There, our interlocutor gets annoyed and invites us to leave the place, like scumbags. I am sending a message to the institution asking it to explain. More than 24 hours later (when whatsapp indicated that the message had been read quickly), I receive a vaguely apologetic reply, asking me not to damage the property’s e-reputation (which seems to be the manager’s only concern, the well-being of the customer being clearly not his subject). Shameful behavior to the end... We wonder about the presence of this alleged maintenance worker surprised in our room (attempted robbery?). In hindsight, we should have called the police on the fait accompli to confront the manager with his responsibility.

Nothing to say about the truly fascinating location. More trouble on the rest. Breakfast is very stingy, you have to order the night before even a slice of cake and arrives skimpy, if you drink two coffees one you pay for it, if you ask for pancakes comes only one microscopic... Also when we stayed with my wife there was a storm: goodbye wi fi, goodbye hot water and goodbye smart TV. No resolution in two days. When these things happen you lower the price by apologizing, but from breakfast you could understand that here you look after every euro at any cost. That's too bad.
