Very bad service!! The hotel is NOT 4 STARS. It's old.Breakfast is very poor.The rooms have bad smell and humidity It doesn't work the tap bar and it smells rotten. It doesn't work the safe. They're very noisy. The employees do their best poor people.

Unfortunately not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Cold rooms and furnished in an essential way, hot water absent, few variations on the menu in case someone for necessity wanted an alternative. I wouldn't go back.

I was skeptical with the bad comments and finally we got a good surprise. The location of the hotel is very good 10 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Trulli. In French, we had our room earlier. Single room, very clean, comfortable bed, the only worry is the insulation, effectively we hear the people from the rooms next door. The breakfast simple but good. Garage in the basement 5€ per night. However effectively this hotel does not match a 4*. I'll give 2*. Note that we came in the off-peak period (November) .
