B&B La Muraglia

We can only confirm the excellent opinions already expressed by the vast majority of users. We stayed for a whole week in this beautiful structure, well renovated and overlooking the beautiful walk on the old Bari Wall, in the apartment called Lean, large, simply furnished but tastefully and extremely functional, with a window overlooking the sea and the sunrise and a small balcony projecting a square with its table and two chairs. To complete the structure, on the top floor, there is a stunning sea view terrace furnished with tables, chairs and sofas. Due to the absence of a common room, breakfast must be prepared in the room. Everything already present, including a basket of fresh fruit, is left in a container outside the door in the morning around 7.30 a bag with excellent fresh croissants of the day. The owners have confirmed themselves as exquisite and caring people and, to emphasize in an era where B & Bs come to be equated with airbnb, always present in the early hours of the morning.

The apartment is located at the end of the old town, from the roof terrace you have a great view of the sea and the old town. In advance we have already got tips for getting there, parking. Andrea was there at check-in and explained everything to us. The apartment was very clean and as described on the internet. We had three small balconies, on one were also seating with views of a church and a beautiful square. In the fridge were the utensils for breakfast. In the morning, fresh baked goods hung at the door. The Service is top - it was cleaned every day and the fridge refilled. Whenever you had a question, you could reach the owners via Whatsapp and you got an immediate answer. Just a 1-2 minute walk was a small grocery store, a great greengrocer (Strada Martinez) and a pizzaria (Da Zazza`) where you could order pizza to pick up and then enjoy it on the roof terrace with a glass of wine. The owner also gave us very good restaurant tips, For excursions in Puglia a good base we would definitely book an apartment there again. Many thanks to the whole team and all the best.

We stayed in this accommodation whilst touring the beautiful city of Bari. Very roomy bedroom with balcony. Well equipped kitchen with dining table and lovely bathroom. The flat was cleaned everyday and fresh croissants provided for breakfast along with milk, butter cereals, yoghurts and ample tea and coffee. The coffee machine was a bonus. The lady receptionist was contactable at any time and speaks fluent English. She was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. There are two terraces with sea views on the roof for use too. The flat is almost on the walls of Bari and within the town. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t thank the proprietors enough.
