Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience; the pool water was very dirty and, therefore, unusable. The rooms are not bad and I also found them quite clean, but the air conditioner was not working and was leaking water!! We had to put out a bucket to avoid flooding. I strongly advise against it.

This hotel is certainly not a 4-star: Unwelcoming entrance (a worn-out chair holds the front door open). Functional room, bathroom more than faded: bottom of the shower curtain brown, mold on the joints, water mixer faucet past its prime and switching from hot to cold, not to mention the drain odors; air conditioning not up to par (almost no difference even when lowering the temperature to the maximum); very beautiful pool that has few swimmers if any: a swim cap is mandatory and it is not specified anywhere. You can get one for 3 euros. The breakfast is decent. And the staff is friendly.

We were at this facility for a school trip with children and parents, and we spent a horror weekend with dirty, damp rooms, broken equipment, and disgraceful restaurant service, miserable dishes, absurd and ridiculous service, an experience that should absolutely not be repeated.
