we booked it on the highway going down to Puglia, we had to stop one day and we stayed 4! this would be enough to make you understand how we found it, my wife fell in love with the country but also with the room, as a location, as furniture (all very sought after and with much use of local recycled materials).The owners are lovely people and helped us plan visits dintorni.Have also a restaurant open a few months run by his son, even in this case the experience was great, local products km 0 , high quality and customer care. Disliked · The listing photos are completely misleading. I booked a “superior apartment” advertised as having a separate bedroom, living room with sofa, kitchen, and balcony. Instead, I received a one-room studio: a bed in the corner, no sofa, no living room, and a rooftop terrace that was bare, dirty, and unusable. Before arrival, the property asked if I was traveling alone. Given the downgrade I received, this information raises serious questions. The apartment was also uninhabitable due to an overpowering perfume odor. The bedding and room were saturated with artificial fragrance, causing coughing and making it impossible to sleep. I booked for three nights but had to leave after one. Security was inadequate. At 2am, another guest, confused by poor check-in instructions, attempted to use their key on my door and triggered interior lights. While they did not enter, the incident was alarming and highlighted poor safety protocols. I requested to change rooms at 8am and staff initially claimed no other rooms were available. Five hours later, after I had already checked out and booked another hotel, they offered a single night in another room, too late to resolve the issue. They then falsely reported to Booking.com that I had been offered an upgrade, preventing a refund. Avoid this property. Photos are misleading, conditions are unsafe, and management is dishonest.

Dei Serafini was a beautiful experience for my husband and I. We were in room eight, which was a three story house. The Cleaning Service was wonderful every morning as they would refresh our coffee and water bottles in our refrigerator. Very accommodating and polite front desk. Only complaint was our TV didn’t work, which was important to us. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Perfect prime location!
