Grand Hotel Serena

We stayed at the Gran Serena hotel, we had a really great time at this holiday village. The thing that struck us the most was the cleanliness of the rooms: every day they were perfectly clean, tidy, and fragrant, with truly remarkable attention to detail. It is an aspect that makes a big difference for us, and they were truly impeccable here. The common areas are also well-maintained, the staff is always available, and the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. We will gladly return and highly recommend it.

☆☆☆☆☆ for the hotel's cleanliness ☆☆☆☆☆ for the pool, bar, and lawn area ☆☆ for the snacks, there aren't any; considering the huge cost of the vacation, they could organize something I cannot comment on the entertainment as we were going out of the facility to nearby towns. In the restaurant there was everything and I give ☆☆☆☆☆ to the head waiter Danilo, who was kind, thorough, and never rude compared to the others. Recommended for those with children up to 10 years old, it is the best. Full of elderly couples and families with small children anyway.

We were at the Gran Serena Hotel and we had a wonderful time! Bluserena! We thank Nicolò, a village manager who uses professionalism, humanity, smiles, and a lot of quality to coordinate the entire staff, give them importance, and give us all the best, with humility and that something extra that makes the difference! Then Savio and Fabio, always on the ball! Marco, the head of entertainment, with a burst of energy who knows how to get people involved and help them unplug, he knows everything! Alessandro from entertainment and Lorenzo from sports, Yari with the guys from the aeronautics team gave attention and transmitted a rare and engaging passion, Deborah, a certainty for the kids with her staff, the K-pop dance teacher and the choreographer whose name I don't remember but who was top-notch!!
