We just left this place, which is nothing short of dilapidated.. We booked with a Smartbox, aware that the places that adhere to this brand are not always the best, but unfortunately, this one does not deserve to exist as a hospitality structure in 2026.. Let me explain better.. As a habit, I always choose simple places because I believe it is not worth spending a lot of money to sleep, but here the limits of decency have been far forgotten.. Breakfast was served on a multifunctional counter, first used for check-in and then as a support for trays. Under this counter, there was a nice bowl for feeding the dog, all supervised by the owner, who was sitting on a chair near us. Owner with rude and unrefined manners. The location was situated in the countryside, forgotten by the world, dirty, disorganized, and overgrown. Terrible experience. Look for something else; the area is full of definitely better B&Bs.

The place is in a great location 30 min to airport...25 min to bari and 40 to trulli. The place has a great authentic look. Now Michele his wife mila and Bailey the little dog they have are wonderful amazing hosts. He helps you with anything you need, direction to great place to see and eat. The breakfast is good and the rooms are very clean. If you like vineyards, tree of olives and cherry tres . The place is a little heaven.

We stayed for the weekend. The structure is a bit dated and would need a renovation, but the sympathy of Mr. Michele makes you forget all that. We had a great time and especially we ate very well and plentiful. Breakfast was also plentiful. Mr. Michele gave us many tips what we could visit in the area. Maybe it is not a place for everyone, but those who want to relax from the fatigue, this is the ideal place.
