Hotel Masseria Tutosa

I spent a week with a friend at this wonderful farmhouse. Location a stone's throw from the sea and a stone's throw from various towns like Ostuni, Villa Franca, Cisternino, etc... Already when you pass through the gate and go through the olive groves you feel like you are in another dimension. Silence and peace and the scent of flowers and plants everywhere. Very kind and helpful staff.... Truly satisfied with this experience that I will carry in my heart.

Well-located establishment for exploring Puglia, with very pleasant staff and well-maintained grounds, but it seems more suited to a short stay than to five nights. The lack of services and relaxation areas at the end of the day is, for us, the main weak point. Personally, given our experience, we would not choose this residence for a five-night stay and we would not recommend it for this type of stay.

The place, a farmhouse, is wonderful. Well-kept lawns, centuries-old olive trees. The property sits on 40 hectares cultivated with olive trees. That said, the above is lost miserably due to: 1.Lack of availability of drinking water in the rooms. One would have to ask how they got the license 2.Too much disparity in the rooms: from small, which seems like a hole where you cannot move, to large 3.Very poor breakfast 4.High cost per night with a consequently low price-quality ratio 5.With all the oil they produce, they could provide oil-based beauty products, perfumes, focaccias, or products made with their oil at breakfast, etc., even a spa with olive oil-based body products, but unfortunately, there is an investment to be made, whereas by offering almost nothing, profit is guaranteed. Too bad! A great promise disappointed
