Joli Park

A few days' vacation. Positive experience: comfortable room on the 5th floor with a 180° view of the Gulf of Gallipoli. Welcoming staff, and special praise goes to the maitre d' and the entire restaurant staff: polite, attentive, and very helpful with every customer need. Truly, thank you for the thousand attentions!

I have been frequenting this hotel for many years and, for this very reason, I am particularly sorry to have to leave a negative review. Unfortunately, this time the experience was truly disappointing. The room was excessively cold because the air conditioning was set to a temperature that was too low. The main problem, however, was the total absence of hot water: we tried to take a shower, but the water was completely cold. We tried to contact the front desk by phone, without success. Going down in person, it was explained to us that there were problems with the telephone line and that they were unable to communicate. We then reported the hot water problem, but the response was: "Strange! Are you sure? Did you let the water run?". After confirming the problem several times, I went to have breakfast and get ready for departure... without having been able to take a shower. When returning the key, I was asked if I had tried the hot water again and, upon my further negative response, I was told again that the situation was "strange." Only when my bags were already packed and I was on my way out was I offered the use of another room to take a shower. Truly speechless. As a regular customer, I would have expected more attention, listening, and promptness in handling such a significant inconvenience.

I loved the Joli Park hotel the location food and staff were excellent made me very welcome, I will come back at a later date. . I was pleasantly surprised with the food as a fish lover I had fish most nights. Lovely pool and very well attended.
