Riviera Hotel Residence

Noticed terrible organization, breakfast not very varied, rooms poorly equipped, without a phone for emergencies, requested but not taken into consideration. Beach, a bravo to the lifeguards who are active and attentive, unlike the guys at the refreshment area, Riviera Talk Away, distracted and almost always playing on their phones, leaving tables dirty and waiting for customers to take care of removing paper and plastic residue. In fact, I believe that for four people, paying 50 euros for the refreshment area, one has the right to a service, I won't say efficient but at least in part; next time I will go to other locations.

Kind, friendly, and helpful staff, both at the beach, at the reception, in the dining room, and the cleaning staff... Right on the sea but at the same time surrounded by greenery if you want to spend a few hours at the pool. Some flaws that I strongly advise the owner to improve: the Wi-Fi in the rooms, entertainment for children, and extending the dinner hours (7:45 PM-8:30 PM) by at least 30-45 minutes.

The hotel is well maintained, with a clean facade and blue-framed windows that remind one of Greece. It has ample outdoor spaces, a panoramic pool, and consists of a main building and annexes, as well as apartments amidst greenery. The location is excellent, facing the sea; just cross the street and you find yourself at the hotel beach. The food is quite good, with portions that are even too generous at dinner, but I would recommend a greater variety for breakfast; seven days of croissants and tart are not sufficient. In addition to savory options and some packaged items. I did not like not being able to serve myself. Regarding the service, the staff was polite but rather rushed; at dinner, the dishes were served one after another without a moment to breathe. A sore point...the room. I should mention that I requested a comfort room (and paid extra) to be more comfortable, but I was given a triple room that, unfortunately, due to the presence of the third bed, was not as comfortable as I had seen in the pictures and felt cluttered. The wardrobe had a door that could not be fully opened as it was placed next to the bed, limiting the space to pass; moreover, the furniture was certainly not new (I am attaching a photo). The bathroom, on the other hand, seemed redone; the best feature was definitely the private terrace facing the sea. In conclusion, would I return? Yes, but I would request a room change if it was not adequate. I did not do it thinking that they were all similar, but halfway through the vacation, I happened to see others right next to ours that were definitely more spacious, comfortable, and new.
