Royals Gate

I stayed from July 1 to 8 with my elderly mother and found everything uncomfortable, in addition to rude and unhelpful staff at the reception. The dated rooms would not be a problem if they had support points in the bathroom and hooks in the room, in addition to the terrace which had no chairs or table... I had to retrieve the chairs myself, the table was too bulky to transport. Do not accept rooms in the annex that are out of the way and have a non-functioning elevator that they will not repair! The wellness center is closed. The food is plentiful but mediocre, and the staff never knows what is in the dishes... they always have to ask in the kitchen... I did not feel good at all and I certainly would not recommend it, in my opinion, the entire organization of the facility should be reviewed with an addition of kindness and availability!

Excellent experience at the Royals Gate in Rodi Garganico. We had 10 days (from June 21 to July 1) that were definitely relaxing and enjoyable at the Resort in Rodi just a few steps from the Gargano coast. The village consists of three complexes with about a hundred rooms and features a large pool, an outdoor theater for evening shows, and green spaces with olive trees. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and all have a sea view. The dining experience deserves special mention. Beyond the vegetables and appetizers served buffet-style, the first course, second course, fruit, and desserts are served at the table by the numerous waiters in the dining room, directed by the head waiter. Throughout the time spent at the Royals, the dishes offered (always 3 first courses and 3 second courses to choose from) never repeated themselves. The level of cuisine is certainly to be defined as medium/high with elaborate dishes that are very well cared for by the team led by a young and talented chef. The beach, about 200 meters from the village, is well-equipped and organized. If I have to make a criticism, I reserve it for the entertainment. It was minimally present and lacking in ideas and initiatives to propose to the guests of the village. In conclusion, a beautiful vacation to recommend to those who love good food, relaxation, and the beauty of the Gargano coast with the stunning caves we enjoyed during the sea excursion.

I just returned from a week of vacation with my daughters, and I can only say that I had a really great time, super clean environment, very nice pool, new and huge room, friendly staff, really good food, and entertaining and engaging animation. An experience to repeat. Thank you. Simona.
